- Profit – It’s not a business if you are not earning Profit and grow Quarter on Quarter or Year on Year after all the expenses.
- Optimization of current liabilities – this is quite a big topic to discuss, but let me try to wrap it up with a few examples. If you have a teammate, who is a slow learner, not productive, or a very slow learner, you might prefer to remove them from your team asap, another example tools or other physical resources like, big office, office helper, some online paid tools so on and so forth small temporary expenses which is not commonly or contributing to the organizational growth used you may want to stop them.
- Scalability – Without multiplying or expanding there is no business, if they think it’s a business then I’d argue it’d be a self employment work not a business. If you are not adding new products or services in other words if you are not adding new locations you might end up as a self employed.
- Brand Visibility – Even though most of the businesses earn pretty good profit, but no one knows about them than in that case, they are intent to make their brand more desirable as it drives more value in terms of trust and advocacy from their buyer.
- Market Share/Cap – This is a dream Goal of most of the business owners to capture the maximum market share in order to influence the industry and related people & eventually grow their profit just by their name. One more benefit they basically get from market share is that they are able to get the bank loan very easily as compared to small players.
